If one has a tubal factor subfertility then there are only 2 options with their respective pros and cons.......either to get a tubal reconstructive surgery or to go for IVF.There are many other deciding factors like patient's age, extent of tubal damage in deciding whether tubal surgery or IVF is a more suitable treatment for any particular patient.
